Do you need employment for healthcare?  Then I want to let you in on a little secret, healthcare recruitment agencies.

As the healthcare industry continues to grow the need employment agencies did as well and today there are scores of agencies that focus completely in healthcare jobs.  Some of them better known and easily accessible and others that don’t have the best reputation and often don’t have many jobs to offer.  If you’re looking for healthcare employment then I would suggest to ask around, talk to people that work at hospitals or doctor’s offices and then compare what you hear to anything the BBB might have.

A great place to start your employment for healthcare search is at Monster.com, this is because a great multitude of agencies will list their jobs posting there.  Other great recruitment centers are PACT, Gable Recruitment, Health Jobs, and GMP.  All of these focus in jobs that are in the healthcare industry.  Most of them even include positions that don’t need a degree like janitorial services.  These are not the only trusted employment agency, just a good place to start.

If you don’t have any of the previous employment agency in your area you could call the local state or city department of work force services; they might be able to provide with a list of reputable agencies to look at.

Some agencies that focus on employment for healthcare charge a nominal fee, if this is the case it is normally worth the cost for the service they provide.  However, before paying any amount of money to the agency check with the BBB, if they do not have a solid record, then I would not chance it, there are plenty of free resources out there.
