If you are looking to work at a specific hospital at you are not finding any jobs online then let me suggest a few things.

First try to get a contact there; it could be a friend, neighbor, family member, even friend’s of friends.  Start talking to the people you know the see if anyone knows anyone that works there.  Once you get a contact have them keep an eye on the internal job board for you.  If one comes up then the hospital will normally accept your resume, so you just need to go in and hand it to them.

If you can’t find a contact then call the hospital and speak with the supervisor in housekeeping.  Let them know of your desire to work there.  Even if there aren’t any open hospital jobs, they will still often take an application or your resume for the future.  Once they have your application continue to call them about once a month to make sure they know you are still interested.
