The best way to search for hospital listings is online.  If you are asking why, then think about this.  The internet has become a one stop shop for most people.  In fact, there are plenty of people who will not search for anything past the internet, so if the internet doesn’t have, neither will they.

For this reason employers have turned to the interenet for their hiring needs and hospital listings are no exception.  Yes it is true that many hospitals will still post internally first but even that practice has started to come to a halt with the interenet and hospitals will go straight to the web to hire.

Now if you want to start your search the best thing to do is to sign up for some sites and get your resume posted to them, then begin searching throught their listings.  Check out my job guide to find the top rated job sites that you should get signed up with.

When you start looking through the hospital listings you will be amazed at the large amount you will find, most sites will have thousands of jobs listed.  But you can narrow that search state and specific job.  This should make it a manageable list to look through.

If you still are finding the list to be extensive then you can usually further narrow down the search with earnings and even zip code.  However I would only do that if necessary because you want to leave your options open.
