A certain amount of resolve and hard work are necessary in finding a great job, even finding medical job openings.  However if you know where to look for the jobs that you want then it makes it a little bit easier.

Posting your resume and looking through these sites is the best and easiest way to search for medical job openings.  However, there are other resources that are useful in a job search.

If there is a specific hospital or maybe a few that you would prefer to work at then a good place to look is their website.  The majority of hospitals have websites and a lot of them will list their employment openings on their site.

Another great resource is the newspaper.  Most people no longer think of the newspaper as a good place to look for a job but it still is.  Posting in the newspaper gets the job directly to the people in the area, so if you want to stay in the area you are at then looking in your local paper for medical job openings would be a great step for you.

The last great resource to use for medical job openings is contacts.  If you have a friend or family member that works for the hospital then see if they can keep an eye on the job board; this is a great thing to have since a lot of hospitals will list the job internally first.  Another reason it is nice to know someone is that they can put in a good word for you, which might just get you to the top of the interview list.
